Bauer and Audible team up to increase audiobook and podcast listening

Audible, a leading provider of spoken word entertainment, has collaborated with Bauer Media’s iconic radio portfolio to promote its extensive range of audiobooks, podcasts and Audible Original content. The collaboration aims to highlight upcoming releases to engaged radio audiences throughout the week. 

Beginning now and running until March 2024, the eight-month campaign brokered by Wavemaker, will see Audible become the official partner of ‘the beginning of the week’ on KISS and Hits Radio.

Much-loved presenters Fleur East and Tyler West will lead the weekly Monday features in their respective breakfast and drivetime shows, discussing their top audiobook and podcast picks that audiences can listen to on the commute for the rest of the week. The two presenters will also invite friends from both the KISS and HITS Radio Network family to join in on the conversation and promote their favourite titles too.

Audible will own the 12-4 am slot every day to tap into listeners who require content throughout the night, with 10 second national credits running hourly, across the entirety of the collaboration. This take over will showcase Audible as the perfect place to discover endless content on those sleepless nights.
